Were no help at all. Wanted to charge $50 on top of $85 upfront for the possibility my Mac would be fixed in four days instead of five. Visiting warrnambool for study and work had no alternate options to give me to get me through the week. Very disappointing.

Would agree with previous comments on the quality and expediency of the service. Warrnambool deserves a better option for apple/Mac service.
