Would like to share our unpleasant Covid Vaccine experience at TerryWhite Camberwell. Our initial appointment was on a Sunday. It was confirmed, then later cancelled. We rang the Terry White, no answers. Went there, it was closed. Our 2nd appointment was re-booked for a Friday. It was confirmed. To be sure, we rang before our appointment, they said it was all good. Got to the pharmacy, we're told they run out the vaccine. They also said if we're not happy, we should blame the government for only giving them 10 vaccines a day. I could say it's bad management. If they only had 10 vaccine, why would they still have more than 10 available appointments online for this day? We asked about why they didn't tell us no vaccine when we called? The staff said we stopped him assisting other clients. How rude! Always keen to support local pharmacies, never go back to this place again.

Friendly, easygoing staff. Just moved locally and will be visiting here when I need a local pharmacist in Camberwell.

Great staff and efficient with covid-19 vaccine and flu vaccination.

I turned up 10 minutes early for a booster appointment and after explaining why I was there was totally ignored. I waited 25 minutes with no acknowledgment or update and finally left. During this time there were no other customers waiting so I'm sure the pharmacist could have spared a couple of minutes to either give me my booster or tell me how long I needed to wait but alas no. I wasn't so much upset about having to wait rather the rudeness of the total lack of acknowledgement or update. I was sitting directly facing the pharmacist and he didn't once make eye contact. A simple will be with you soon" would have sufficed. If they cannot cope with a single vaccination then they should not be accepting appointments.A totally unprofessional pharmacy."

Most staffs are angels, they helped out my prescriptions and also packaging dropping services . I sincerely hope though the staffs work as a unified team. Just for all your information, Their prescription co-pay price is out of competition to their next door stores.

Big thanks to team in TW Camberwell. Such a great example of how hospitality should be. They are all nice and welcoming from the first step we entered the store.

Don't get your parcels sent to this parcel point. My partner's delivery was delayed by more than a week because they didn't check their letterbox. I tracked the parcel via Aus Post customer service and they have proof of delivery to their letterbox more than a week before they sent a text to my partner to say it was ready for pickup.

I visited yesterday for my Influenza vaccination, through work. I was feeling anxious about it.I was lucky enough to meet Pharmacist George. He was extremely caring and reassuring, and genuinely wanted to make me feel calm. I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, as he was very gentle.Whilst waiting in the Pharmacy, I saw a steady stream of regulars, saying Hi George"
