More of a dig at the company as a whole rather than this particular store, but they cop it because they supplied the item. I purchased a Milwaukee heated jacket as advertised on their website which included a travel charger and a BONUS" battery. I noticed that when the item was delivered that it only came with one battery and I wondered where the "BONUS" battery was.I called a store and they told me

As I get top-quality service at all the Total tools stores I must say the Mordialloc store exceeds my expectations every time.Especially young Ned what a top quality employee.Always goes out of his way for me if he hasn’t got it.He always finds it or he comes up with an alternative solution keep up the good work Total Tools and keep up the good work Ned.

Just walked in, 3 guys at counter. Had my busted sidchrome ratchet. Told me I needed my receipt, told them I bought it 15 years ago. They said too bad buddy. Called a competitor down the road and they said bring it in no receipt BECAUSE SIDCHROME COVER A LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR FAULTY PARTS.just shows you how either moronic or lazy these staff members are.
