Waited in line for over an hour just to find out that half of the book that I wanted aren't available. Need more locations and staff

Ordered my son's books in november last year, campion had told post office not to send order till 25th January so then post office lost my order worth $500 then, they said will be another 2 weeks to arrive by mail, didn't trust them so went to thomastown to pick up the books, but one was not available so a guy named Jack working there was kind enough to post to my adddrsss, been one month now and still haven't recieved my book, my son is missing out on so much class work thanks to Campion, service is appalling especially delivery option. By all the bad reviews on here you need to improve.

The service of the staff was fine, once i finally got there, they are just doing what they can. My issue is with the organisation in general. They have a monopoly on book sales which is incredibly frustrating, yet the customer support is useless. They make the phone number difficult to find, when you ring it is almost impossible to get through to anyone. I rang 6 times on hold for 10 minutes or more before I could find out where a particular book was in stock. Why not have this info available online if you don’t want to answer the phone? I try to source books anywhere but Campion now, due to poor customer support

Complete clowns. No parking. They sent 2 emails to come pick up a backorder. When I go there after 20 mins in queue the girl scans the order and makes me wait 30 mins. When I enquire about the order they say oh it was an error. Book is still on back order. Unprofessionsl company with clueless staff.

Staff is so so sugary in conversation but has absolute ZERO knowledge of product they sell and how the digital download works.Paid for the download and was promised a delivery on my email in 24 hours.3 weeks later I called the HOPLELESS call centre with a pre recorded message WE HAVE SOME TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES TO ANSWER YOUR CALL and the call centre person said they will need child’s school email for setup.No apologies or concerns for child education lost for 3 weeks.The white collar thugs.

Refuse to allow you to order across two booklists without incurring double delivery fees. When you have a student who is studying across two year levels this is ridiculous and is a total scam so they can make more money from the $7.95 delivery fee. Was only buying two texts and was told my order was 'past the point of being able to be amended' when I tried to add the second text to the order. Customer service is appalling to the point of non existent. Will never use this company again

Ordered on Oct 18th - received 3 books 23rd January. MISSING 3 text books, safety glasses and locker combination lock. No email about missing items. Called and was told best bet was to attend my local store and collect missing items. Wouldn't use again if I have choice.

First time shopping with them as my child entered high school. Staff absolutely wonderful helped me all the through from start to finish till I got all my order picked up.Confirmation reminder was sent to me till I picked up all my books that were on order. Great service in store at Thomastown branch.

Ordered a week ago. Was told 1-2 business days and will receive text to pick up order. Im still waiting.... have tried calling for the last 2 days. No one answers the phone. I work during their opening hours and need to know when my order is ready to organise pick up. My son is at school tomorrow with no books. Absolutely shocking service. Wont be back here.ANSWERING REPLY- How can I take advantage of extended hours when you havent contacted me to say my order is ready!!! You say 1-2 days. Its been a week!!! Unacceptable. Also, there's no communication to state your hours have been extended!

Straight in and out this morning to get my childs school books for the year. So much better than last year when we waited for almost 2 hours in a line in the hot sun. My advice would be to go early. Staff were polite and helpful . I took one star off because i was told on paying that they couldn't take half cash and pay half with card. It was one or the other i was told. Lucky i had enough money to cover the cost in a card payment because books are expensive. Make sure you come with enough cash or enough money on your card as apparantly they you cant pay some with cash and the rest on your card. Otherwise it was a huge improvement on last year. All the young staff were friendly and helpful.
