Customer service here was exceptional. My son & I discussed afterwards how friendly & professional the staff were. The only reason this can't get 5 stars is that understandably there is always quite a wait. Have always had great service at Geelong VicRoads over the many years.

This place is like every other VicRoad. Things can be more into the place specially when people have drive test at 8:30AM.Like these tests should be organised just a day before and people should be informed with their jobs.I visited this place and were asked to go to different counters where in my test was at 8:30AM.Other than that can’t provide much information about the place as didn’t spend much time there.Staff was good.

Went in for driving test in my own car after being assured my handbrake was okay to do the test in by call centre and the Geelong centre itself, upon arrival a rude lady told us it would not work and pushed us out the door, 5 mins later I found an instructor on the spot to use their car but when I went back in they said it was too late to do a test and I ended up suffering for their careless mistakes.

Well I just used the team at VicRoads Geelong to transfer a vehicle. When I got there I thought that I was going to be there for ages as there was a line up outside the door before it opened. The transfer was seamless. I had all the paper work filled out with the road worthy certificate. The team allocated me a ticket at the door and I was served in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later walking out the door. Great job team.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Monica at Vic Roads. Monica was friendly, patient, extremely helpful and caring. I wish more businesses had staff like her. She made a some what stressful situation a lot easier and I’m extremely grateful. I also noticed the other agents working and the gentleman assisting customers at the door were also happy and attentive to everyone’s needs (and it was very busy). Great job Monica and staff at Vic Roads Geelong
