Extremely poor customer from Optus Warwick, purchased a car cradle for my phone 6 months ago and the vent fitting failed, clearly faulty. Refused to even try to cover under warranty. Expected to throw a $100 cradle away. Now they will have to deal with consumer affairs legal and a tainted reputation of terrible customer service. Very bad form Optus Warwick team!

I've been to optus store in Warwick at the Web said open but I found it closed and I had to wait for about 45 minutes and still close, I called them on the phone so many time but no answer.

Hasneen is a superb salesperson. He is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He upgraded me to what I needed. He also helped my daughter-in-law who had just been left distraught and without solutions at Telstra. I even returned with my husband that afternoon, and got Owen to help upgrading his phone.Top customer service from the team at Warwick. Highly recommended

Although I had to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone realized I was there, the guy I finally spoke to was friendly and helpful. My issue was solved quickly and efficiently, happy with the service.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience this morning. I’m an existing customer and I always feel ignored when I walk into the Warwick store. I was served by Hasneen this time. He didn’t serve me until I asked for assistance and I could see he wasn’t into helping me at all. I felt quiet upset leaving the store. Treat your existing customers better!!! We know you don’t get a commission but you’re still suppose to provide a service and support with a smile.

Been in this Branch several times. Each time they've appeared disinterested in assisting with my query. They obviously haven't learnt customer service is important and keeps them in Employment. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience in this Optus Store today. The manager was efficient, empathetic and experienced. I had a complex situation that he assisted me with outstanding professionalism and expertise. I am astounded that previous reviews were so negative as now I would not go anywhere else!!
