Greta looking store. Very clean and easy to navigate. Feels very up market. Definitely does not feel like your typical BWS store.

I visited the BWS in West Bathurst and was asked for ID. I’m 35 years old. No where near the age limit for being carded. I didn’t have a physical copy with me and was therefore refused service. I could produce a paper copy of my license (that police accept if I’m pulled over) and I could produce a photo of my drivers license on my phone but was still refused.To me this is just a ridiculous enforcement of a rule that clearly does not apply to me. It’s nice to think I look younger than 35, but it’s ridiculous that I was refused service.I didn’t have any minors with me and my friend was also refused from buying the wine I was buying for us to share even though she could produce ID.
