The staff here are so lovely and helpful! I went in and bought a heap of stuff to get the current promotional item, but it had been delayed and wasn't available yet. The staff member (I think her name was Charlotte) was so kind and understanding, and she helped me get the item a few weeks later! She really went above and beyond to help me out and I'm so grateful :) I already loved this brand for the quality of the products, but now I love it even more for the amazing staff

The staff are absolutely amazing. Really make you feel welcome and heard. I've been a couple of times and each time the girls have given excellent customer service and have gone above and beyond multiple times to help me out.The products are great too, I have very sensitive skin and this is the only brand that doesn't irritate me whilst still delivering desirable results at an affordable price.Highly recommend innisfree Parramatta

Sonya has a good customer service and aura. She is very knowledgable on the products and all my enquiries were answered professionally. After researching before buying the products, i was impressed that all her answers were true. Most of the time , i get experienced sales staff answering your queries just for them to sell.The products were recommended by my friend and i was not disappointed to drop by to the store. Instead of just buying one, i bought 3 of their products hahaha splurged a bit because it was worth doing it:)
