I've had two different car keys cut by Mark in the past. I think he's an honest guy who knows his stuff, he doesn't try to sell you this or that, he is concise and efficient. I appreciate people like him keeping their shop open. Also, he has the best prices around. Need your keys cut or your leather items looked at? Go pay him a visit and break the ice with a joke, he'll like that.Thanks heaps Mark!

I have been going to Eltham Shoe Repairs since 2005. I only go there to have my shoes repaired, purchase leather care goods and sometimes just to seek the advice of someone who knows far more than I do about shoes and how to look after them.If you want someone to tell you that you are a unique little snowflake, seek the assistance of a emotional counsellor or go see your mother.If you want professional service in relation to shoes (or to have your keys cut) then go to Eltham Shoe Repairs.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!I walked in to the store and was greeted by the guy working there. He took a look at my bag, said it would cost more than it's worth to repair... I asked for a quote, he took another look, started yelling that he didn't want anything to do with it and that it was too much effort for him, he threw the bag at me in a highly aggressive manner, and walked away whilst continuing to yell at me, I would never in my life go back, even if he is the last key cutter on earth, I would file the keys down by hand if I had to.Shame on you dude.

Always friendly, efficient and really reasonably priced. Had keys cut, watch batteries changed, watch bracelets resized and leather & rubber ones replace. Just had garage door remote replaced. Whatever has been done works every time. Way better than Bunnings for key cutting.
