Wonderful services, great skincare products and best prices from Natonic! I bought some skincare products on Natonic last week and received the order in about 4 days. I contacted its customer support after I found some items were close to expiry. The online chat services were easy and I didn't wait long to get John online. After learning my case, John quickly got the store director Elden to join the chat. Elden said it was strange as Natonic takes product expiries very seriously and found the same items with much longer expiry. As I am leaving Melbourne soon, Elden sent the replacements in the afternoon and I received the new shipment the next day with a beautiful gift.Thank you so much, Natonic friends, for your wonderful services and products!

I would like to give 1-Star. The 2-stars is for Joanna who sorted my order eventually after 3 months of communication.Ordered items to be delivered to China at the end of Dec 2022, system said the items should arrive in 3 weeks. Got the email for uploading ID for Chinese custom on the 9th of Jan, 2023. Heard nothing for 2 weeks and the tracking numbers gave no details. Sent multiple emails in Jan but I received no replies.Contacted customer service on live chat in Feb. They told me they have dispatched the items and told me to contact the courier. Called the courier and they said they did not receive the items from Natonic. Then I contacted Natonic live chat again and got the promise they would resend the items at their cost".Got no updates on the tracking numbers after another 2 weeks. Contact live chat and they told me to upload IDs again. Did that and heard nothing for another 2 weeks.Contact live chat again in early March and Joanna resent the items. She gave me updates by emails whenever there was any update from the courier and she closed the case when all the items had arrived China in mid-March.Three and a half months of frustration and they gave me 300 points which are enough for a 110g toothpaste to be tagged along with my next order. I don't think there will be another order with them."

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DUDS.We ordered four tins of baby formula on January 13th, 2023.Food we rely on to keep our child alive!!! The site advised delivery would take 5-10 business days.We then finally received an email at the end of January 25th to say it had been shipped... As of February 3rd the item has still not in transit according to the tracking number.I emailed to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service and received an automated email stating Natonic would reply within one day.That was three days ago and still no reply... The worst example of customer service I have seen for as long as I can recall. The experience is so poor we even questioned if the sight was a scam and came online to check what people had to say about this shamble of a business.

I placed an order on 14th of Nov 2022, but didn’t receive the products. Contacted the company through email they said the parcel was delivered on the 29th Nov ( We did not receive any notifications after the delivery has been done) sent the email again but didn’t get any reply since then, not even the online web live chat. They wouldn’t tell who signed the parcel either.Worst customer service I’ve ever had, very disappointed. Please keep away from this company. They took the money and just don’t care!

I have been placing all my orders for baby formula from this company since giving birth in September 2022, of which all had been packaged and arrived within a few days.I only ever had delays during the months of December and January arising from the carrier service they had used, not Natonic/Bestwind themselves ( which is a shame for them as you can see it has caused them to receive negative reviews and tarnished their perfect reputation during those months). However, on both occasions I contacted the company and was responded to promptly by the director herself who took full responsibility and apologised unconditionally regardless of who was at fault, and ensured I received my order through an overnight express shipping company.I myself am a director and am well aware of issues that arise out of our control. I consider the service offered by Elden and the team to be of high standard. A company who is resolute in their determination to overcome challenges should be complimented, and I will continue to be a loyal customer and commend them to others without reservation.

Edit: after 2 months and still no items, Natonic decided to send me another parcel, which I have just received today. The original parcel which didn’t arrive was lodged as missing with Australia Post. Thanks for arranging to send me another parcel Natonic, I have finally received my order, hopefully you can sort the missing parcel with Auspost.———Terrible experience with Natonic. I placed my order #200204555 in Feb and it was shipped on the 15th Feb 2023, however it was not delivered until today. I lodged enquiry with Australia Post in early March and they advised that the sender needs to lodge missing item case. I emailed Natonic about it and they responded to my first email, saying that if I didn’t receive anything until last Monday 13 March, to let them know so they can investigate with Australia Post. I emailed them on the 13th, but no response despite receiving the automated reply which says that they will respond in 24h. I have sent another email just in case, but also no response. I contacted them through their website contact form but also didn’t hear anything. It’s my first experience anywhere to not receive any item after placing an order, and what’s worse is to not receive any response to my emails to them. I might need to lodge a dispute with paypal if I still didn’t hear anything from them. Natonic, please respond.

Absolutely Disgusting Company!!!I placed Formula order 3 weeks ago and was notified 4 days Delivery!! Only got Delivered yesterday 09/6/2022lIar and No answer back to customer!!I will not recommend anyone to buy from them !!There are a lot better out there !!!ITEM 8710428011862

It looks like a consistent given others also have similar review.I was informed that my items were shipped 1 month ago, till now there is no sign of my items. It’s beginning to resemble a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BEWARE.

to any one reading my words//some one told me about NZ Green Lipped Mussels to ease my joint pain! Can say that I feel much less pain in my hipp joints after 6 months using the product.
