Chemist Warehouse Munno Para

They made me wait 1 hour 40 mins for a script. They only realised when it was 9pm (closing) and I was still sitting waiting. Retail assist at the script counter is a complete idiot, she constantly losing track of who is who, is racist and cant tell difference between 2 different Mr Singh's, refused to use peoples first names, instead asking addresses. Didn't need to confirm one young lady's home address but announced it to the whole store anyway.

Staff if bit busy. Usually average waiting time to collect prescriptions is 20 min on a busy day.Very friendly staff. Can find anything there good stock

They need to focus with their work - especially in the prescription department - literally they accepted my prescription made a note of it and was told to come back in 20 mins. On return I checked if ready, whoa! They could not find my prescription and asked me if I gave it today ! Oh my! They’re scrambling - the other woman also waited and her prescription seems to disappear ! Then finally they remembered oh it’s still at the back for dispensing! I mean c’mon be ORGANISED! Pay attention to detail! Find an easy way ! The staff needs to be trained more! And this shop needs to find a more effective way how to process prescriptions! Handling/dispensing and release!

Like the staff and that my prescriptions are always filled out correctly.

I don't know when this store is supposed to open and I don't think they do either. The sign at the door says they open at 10:00 on Sundays. Their website says they open at 10:30. I am at the front of the store at 11:00 but the door was still closed, no staff in sight and no sign on the door to communicate what is going on. Very poor customer service.

Really wished I didn’t have to make this. Everything was fine with this store until the lady pharmacist went unprofessional. :( Please don’t do that to a young, blind person.

Love this pharmacy, the pharmacist always double checks your medication and lists warnings on the packaging. It's a large store & stocks almost everything you need. Highly recommend the store in the small group of shops near ultra tune. Not much of a fan of the store inside the Munno Para Shopping Center, the staff there need a lesson in customer service.

Good place for cheap products, but it's always a mess with boxes on the floor and staff taking up the aisle as they try and put stock away. Often, there is stuff missing from the shelves, but says it is online. Prescription wait length and the line to pay is always long. I've even tried using click and collect, but that is painful to wait for too, and they often complain about the physical size of the order since their holding area is tiny.

Unfortunately can't put minus 5 starts. The most useless chemist in Adelaide. Waited 30 minutes for a script; only to end up not getting what I needed anyway. What an absolute joke, as helpful as a wet paper bag.
