The staff are friendly and happy.The lady who cut my hair was so nice (I just wish I remembered her name).There was a waiting time but that just proves how popular they are.I will be happy to recommend Just Cuts Eastlands ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not the best service.The Lady who did my boyfriends hair I found her insanely rude. She was chatting to the other worker stopped doing his hair and was looking at the phone.She was very aggressive cutting his hair. She seemed really angry and moody. I don't think it was necessary how she was telling him what to do and not what to do like to Wash his hair. He had a medical illness with servere Depression and it affected him alot how he felt. I know it was probably a general reminder but please be more nicer about it. It wasn't worth the $42 I'm sorry but better service and better employees will make it worth it. If your in a rush to get your hair done prepare to wait for hours we went in there to book and waiting time was 60 mins nobody was in there at the time.

Not satisfactory in clean up after hair cut and found very bad customer service from my hairdresser.

Have been coming here for many years and appreciate the quick, pleasant service of all staff. Benita gave me a super style yesterday. So pleased with it this morning!

I don't get how it says no bookings required yet we're required to register then given a time to come back. That's a booking.....*I never said in my message about just booking a time and date for a hair cut. I was referring to adding my name to the ipad and getting a time. I think you've misinterpreted what I was actually saying. And the one star was accidental, it should've been 3 stars because the woman who cut my sons hair was friendly and was able to keep Noah stay in one place.

The stylists are always lovely and are generally really good at listening to what you want. As long as you don't mind a bit of a wait sometimes, it's a great place to go for a no nonsense, reasonably priced hair cut.

Went in for a cut when l couldn't get into my on hairdresser this morning. I was quite anxious as it has been many years since going to an alternative hairdresser. I was greeted by Juanita and and she was more than happy to cut my hair straight away. Juanita was engaging and made me feel relaxed and delighted with my cut. Good thing about this business you have 7 days to go back if you are unhappy or want a bit more taken off. Also there is an app available to download to book an appointment to suit you. Wheel chair accessible. We'll done Just Cuts ✂️ ✂️ ✂️ ✂️ ✂️

Good work and awesome staff BUT try looking up times on website says nothing about public holidays, just that they open and what times, again another service with little to no information on trading hoursThat I give 0 stars

I had my hair done by Ted today and she was wonderful! Easily the best service I’ve ever experienced at any salon. All staff were incredibly polite and Ted was great at creating genuine conversations with me. My hair feels and looks amazing :)
