Been waiting a month for my glasses. They never call, you have to chase them in order to know what is happening. Pretty poor service, won't be back. Hope my glasses turn up one day, i'm minus 12....

Great Service, plus the best deal possible.

The eye test was thorough and consistent with previous experience and would have given that service a five if it wasn't for the expensive reading glasses. Reading glasses were only needed and was told they started at $200. Naively I chose a pair and was then asked if for an extra $60 whether I wanted lenses ground down to make them lighter??? the latter I declined. Two weeks later I picked them up and they were fine. As I wanted a second pair and felt I paid way too much ($200) at Paisley's I went to another well known optometrist and got a very nice pair with proper script lenses for $39 with a case and spray cleaner. I know where I will be heading next time.

A very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly business. I feel my eye health is well looked after by the caring staff at all their locations.

Fantastic service all round from, reception, getting eyes checked to purchase of spectacles.

Optometrist was good. Was told my glasses would take 2 weeks, after 3 weeks I'd heard nothing so rang & was told they had to go back to the lab for adjustment & they'd call me the next day to let me know how long they'd be. Again, no call. I called a couple of days later Sorry they still aren't here"When they finally arrived after 4 weeks
