Asked them to install 2 heating lights and took them 8 hours to complete the work. No special or difficult job during the installation. The cost for the installation was a rip-off $1200. The technician was chatting on mobile phone and work very relaxing and slowly.This company can't be trusted. Beware.

Used this company twice now - replaced a gas hot water system and a complete toilet & cistern. Prompt service, they don't over charge and always consult on which parts they will use so there are no surprises with the final invoice. Not sure what the negative reviews are about as they are contrary to our experience.

As a facilities manager, I look at all aspects of a company. Ace Plus have shown consistent reliable and diligent works on the Alcoa Building, managed by Collier's international, for over 2 years. I called about a month ago and I was told someone would call me back, but they never did.I then called up today and was told a supervisor would return my call. A few hours later I was told the supervisor should have called me and they didn’t.So I won’t be using ACE again, it’s just too hard. My strata company will also not be using them again.

Wanted to put in my two cents worth: Called them on a Saturday, since a part of the toilet mechanism had broken and was unable to flush the toilet and my gas stove battery had corroded so I was unable to ignite it. They came in to assess it, had no idea why the toilet wasn't working and I had to explain to them why it was broken and how to fix it. They told me I had to wait for 3 working days for them to get parts. Been chasing them up, and 2 weeks on, my toilet and stove still hasn't been repaired. How long would you expect for them to get parts for a toilet and a battery for a stove? I'm sure I can buy the same parts from Bunnings and they are open 7 days a week. Called them and no none responded. Awaiting a call from their supervisor for 2 days now and still no one has responded. Call them if you really are desperate during off-work times, but don't expect them to repair anything.
