I second the review previous to me. The customer service is a joke , I was advised one thing by an employee where I could redeem an expired voucher and then told the next they would not let me redeem it. Response was essential bad luck while ignoring my requests to get in contact with a manager. Customer service or employees will not go out of their way to help once they’ve e made a sale which makes me think they are either offshore or operated by the owners thus have the ability to provide such bad after sales service

BAD REVIEW FOR IN2THEWILD AUSTRALIAMy children wanted to surprise my husband and I with a $500 voucher for a tiny house stay. I was recovering from cancer treatment and they wanted to show how much they love me. Beautiful sentiment, but my husband sleeps with a CPAP machine. I emailed IN2THEWILD explaining we could sadly not use the voucher and would be happy to pay a reasonable admin fee (eg 10%) if they would organise a refund. We got: 'What a shame you can't use the voucher - how about giving it to someone else for a gift?' This was a very special (and very expensive) gift from our children. We do not move in circles where we just give $500 gift vouchers to someone because we can't use them ourselves. I think a heart is missing from this company. I want to warn other people so they don't get stuck with an unusable gift voucher. BEFORE YOU BUY SOMEONE AN EXPENSIVE IN2THEWILD GIFT VOUCHER - CHECK TO SEE IF THEY CAN ACTUALLY USE IT - PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL EQUIPMENT CANNOT - AND IN2THEWILD HAVE AN UNBENDING 'NO REFUND' POLICY.

Stayed here for a weekend (July 9th-11th) with my partner. Booked it in due to the great location, privacy and experience, although left very disappointed. The main greywater pipe was clogged and the shower filled up after 1 minute of use, same with both taps for the kitchen and bathroom. It was obvious that they have tried to fix it but couldn't. You can see multiple spots where they inspected the plumbing by digging up the ground around the pipe. Still happy to rent it out at $250 + per night with this issue.And best of all, we gave them a chance to respond to this by sending them an email directly about it. Its been 3 weeks and no response. They say We read all of your customer feedback surveys". Maybe you will respond to this one?"

Our experience here at Christopher recently was incredible.The staff were beyond amazing, redirecting us to a nearby cabin when the road was closed due to an accident. They were understanding and quick to respond even on a Sunday.When we rocked up to the alternative accommodation and found it hadn't yet been cleaned, no fault of theirs as I can imagine it would be difficult to get out to rural areas to clean, it was again no issue talking to them and having someone come out.The amenities at both sites were excellent and the survival boxes were a nice touch.It was easy to understand how to use each cabin and once we were settled in the wilderness around each location was spectacular.Thanks in2thewild staff for making sure we had an incredible adventure.
