Purchased a Kyocera all in one a few years back which cost $1,500. It will not copy or scan, Kyocera sent a technician out to fix it which he couldn't and I had to authorise for a new part to be installed to the printer. I am still waiting to hear from Kyocera on when this will be installed. Its been a month and I still have an all in one sitting here that doesn't work. Service is appalling every time I phone they cant help me and I send emails and still have no response.

We have dealt with Kyocera for a number of years, had 3 machines with them and always found them very good. However, on this occasion we had need of a service and part replacement. They required our card details and once the work was completed they debited the card with the fees. However, they also sent an account which did not reflect that it had been paid so we paid that as well, not realising they had debited our card. We have made several requests for a refund of the overpaid fee without any result at all. Very disappointed with the response so far and will not be replacing our machine when required with a Kyocera.
