After a failed alternator and emergency roadside assistance we found ourselves stuck. After a short talk with James he and the crew took care of everything the next day. Very honest and professional. Much recommended!!

Audi S5 broke down in Lorne. Organised to be towed, ended up at Motorcare Torquay.Very happy that's where the repairs were completed.James was fantastic. Found him to be honest and focused on getting me the best result.Couldn't recommend highly enough if you want trust worthy, reliable and customer focused service.

James and the team were very professional and generous helping me with my beloved junk-on-wheels Subaru, fitting me in at short notice to accommodate my upcoming interstate move and going above and beyond to ensure the car was running smoothly as well as explaining everything in understandable and non-patronising way. A broken down car is never ideal but the service at Torquay motacare was a real silver lining to the saga.
