Verizon Connect Australia

Have been dealing with Verizon Connect for a year now, (since 2021) and will admit, we did have a few issue BUT since Rudy has been involved everything has worked out. Have found Verizon to be a great asset to our Fleet and time accurate. I would highly recommend Verizon Connect to anyone in the world who is looking at a tracking device. Easy to use and follow. We are now looking at tracking our trailers as well and maybe later a Dash-cam aspect for Insurance purpose. Once again, I would like to thank Rudy for all your help and you seem to be a great asset to the Company.

Amanda has been fantastic to deal with. I have sent quite a few questions her way and she has been prompt to clarify the answer if needed and get back to me. She is also assisting in ordering more tracking systems as well as looking into other services for us. This is a positive experience as iam not needing to call up and speak with a different person about individual needs. I have at no point felt pressured to buy additional services but provided information and the benefits of them. IF I COULD PUT REZO STAR I WOULD. Do not deal with this company at any cost. They are scammers from overseas. When I called to get a quote in the beginning they were pretending to be good company and we’re calling me twice a day for two weeks to follow up with my decision, but then when I wanted to transfer the account for my tracker and dash cam there’s no customer service to fix this. I have been calling and emailing them for two months and still no body fix anything

Really accurate and reliable vehicle tracking at a very affordable rate. Whether you're operating a fleet, car hire service or just for peace of mind on a vehicle you care about, it's a great service.The one area I would like to see improvement on is the reports and date selection range on the mobile app but the essentials are there and the website renders nicely on a phone if required anyway.
