Please beware Oday doesn't pay his contractors. The client pays Oday while contractors go without any money.Please avoid such a person, The VBA will be informed that this has been happening and to ban such people in the industry.

Recently being asked to do a soil test for Oday, When the job was complete there was no payment and Oday mysteriously disappeared.Please avoid working with such a person. There are more contractors that are not been paid by Oday such as Land surveyors. This will be communcated to the Architectural board and to the VBA to ban people in in this industry that take advantage of contractors.
