It was great at the beginning when looking at the place and signing, we had a couple of issues that needed repairing in our unit and they never came to fix or give us some answer as to why etc. After lease ran out they constantly called me to try and renew the lease which I didn't have to do and did not do because once you do and you need to move on you will pay a penalty. But the icing on the cake was when we had our unit cleaned Emma went out of her way to not pass it again and again we had to ask our professional cleaners to keep coming back because she could not accept the finished product and best part was she told us she had her own cleaners to clean it if we wanted to, finally they ended up finding a tenant and Kristy called me to.say everything was fine and not to.worry about it. We were great tenants paid weekly without any issues had professional cleaners coming in 3 to 4 times could not please this one person it was a terrible experience at the end.

Have issues with the organisation and efficiency of this Agency since day 1of our association.Rental apartment access keys not delivered on time costing double amount of money on Removalist. Key access to property and facilities were not available for 2 months.Drainage smells from laundry and bathrooms not rectified for two months.Been without air conditioning for more than 2 weeks now.Been requested to clean long time pavers marks and stains on patio areas even though we just moved into the apartment.

In May a sale by auction was executed on my property after just 6 weeks of marketing at a price level I was very happy with. Again being remote in Singapore was no hassle at all, as Sue and Kirsty took care of everything with regards to managing tenants to the lease terms, organising online marketing and open homes, all leading to a successful sale and settlement.Thank you both, you are a great team.
