The staff lady here was incredibly rude.She didn't listen to a word I said but talked and blamed.I tried BPme first time but the only thing I did wrong was that I filled up first before running the app, so now I know how the app works for next times. But before I left, she came to me and tried to explain from the very first step to install the app which I already have everything set up. She didn't listen to me and wasted my time explaining for what I already know.

Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. If you advertise that you're open till a certain hour you stay open till then. These guys just shut shop whenever they feel like it. It's a joke.

Dear BP Malvern, your tyre pump's hose is broken. I can't pump beyond 23 PSI for some reason. Please fix it.

The tyre pump is faulty due to a leaking fitting on the compressor end of the hose. I've told the console operator two months ago and nothing has been done. Due to the leak the pump will fill your tyres 10 to 15 PSI above the indicated pressure. Someone will have a blowout and be killed or injured due to this faulty pump. If you put the hose on your tyre it reads 15 PSI. If you press the fitting into the machine to stop the leak it reads 25-30PSI. Please fix this issue. Otherwise fuel is reasonable. Consistently 6 cents more expensive than the Shell on Dandenong Rd and Tooronga Rd but not bad.

Great service, but some dirty bastard has clearly pissed outside the front glass doors - it stinks of stale urine! Get rid of those mats - like the Palmolive Lady from the '70's They're soaking in it"

Cashier is worst ever! I was there at around 4:30pm . I normally just pay & go , this cashier was being stupid, fool around with his stupid language . Never come back !
