Great facility in Charters Towers! We brought a Scout Group here and had a blast. Very clean facilities, lovely Olympic pool and heated indoor pool too.

Reasonably clean, pool could of used a surface skin for leaves, attitude from a staff member should of been better. Update 1/2/19,. Used 25m pool for exercises, not very clean, slimey bottom and tissue paper lurking around in water, and other bits of things, YUK !!!.19/10/21. Pools are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, toilets are clean,.

Lovely local pool. Very clean, and friendly staff. We were there on a 35c day in September, and it was a great relief to have a cool swim and an ice cream, and then stretch out on the poolside lounges.

**Very dissappointed** **Needs maintenance****No cleaning schedule!? *1. Showers were disabled so unable to shower properly / comfortably.( In Darwin's Parap public pool it was COMPULSORY to SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING POOL.2. Shower curtain stained & mouldy / mildrewy.3. Power points not working, need repair??Could NOT use my hairdryer! Disappointed.4. No atmosphere! Needs some music.5. COULDN'T GET/BUY A COFFEE.6. Staff not helpful. 'Yeh- machine/ their broken'. Just sat around talking & playing on phones.7. Leaves & other debri / rubbish in pool / bathroom.NEEDS MAINTENANCE OR LOWER FEE CHARGES TILL THESE ISSUES ARE FIXED..NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

A nice spot to cool off. This a is a typical council pool with a large outdoor pool and a smaller heated pool (both ok for leisure or laps). Small entry fee. Lovely shaded seating.

Clean and not too busy. They have a outdoor 50m and a 25m indoor heated pool. Cost was $4

The indoor heated pool is a great place to take little kids on a hot day. Cool relief without the risk of sunburn.

Great facility! A reasonable admission cost. Clean, well maintained. Highly recommended whether for laps, cooling down on these hot days or taking your little ones.
