Great help finding the right outdoor fitting that accommodated a dimmable replaceable LED. On time service professionally carried out.

Phil's team did some works for us in our Perth office. The work involved moving a patch panel to a new rack/cabinet, installing WiFi units and fitting some power points. Due to other works also needing to be done Phil's team came in earlier than scheduled and completed the work in very quick time. The team worked quietly so that our team could keep working while this was done. Additional works were asked for and this was accommodated with no issues. The clean up afterwards was also excellent. I have absolutely no problem recommending PRF Electrical to anyone considering using them.

I have used PRF Electrical a number of times over the last couple of years. On each occasion the technicians were prompt, professional and friendly, and were able to explain the problem and proposed solutions in terms which I could understand! I was particularly pleased by the way in which they identified and resolved the multiple problems associated with a submerged sump pump located in my backyard.

The Prf team did a great job installing some new lights in my workshop and a few other various jobs. Very efficient, polite and the job was completed with no fuss or mess. Definitely recommend

PRF electrical did a great job. They quoted quickly, then booked the job in without any delay, and then did a great job at the house. The electricians were friendly, kept me well informed and worked really efficiently. The price was also really competitive. Great experience all round.

Under quoted (by almost 25%), sloppy work, inaccurate and opaque invoicing practice and threatened legal action to force payment of inaccurate invoice.Responsive to our needs to replace our solar hot water system thermostat hence the one star rating. However, sloppy work resulted in a second visit to finish the job several days later.I had to turn on the solar system myself after their two visits.I was reluctant to pay the invoice as it was a single line item with a single cost well above their quote. Despite a request for an itemised invoice, I was sent a work order that demonstrated overcharging.The Managing Director threatened court action. After numerous requests for an itemised invoice the Managing Director eventually relented and provided an updated invoice which itemised costs (that still didn’t align with the work order). PRF Electrical overcharged by almost 25% above their quote.Based on the sloppy work, underquoting, inaccurate invoicing and bullying approach to force people to pay what ever PRF thinks they can charge I would not recommend PRF Electrical.

I telephoned on behalf of my elderly parents and was so pleased to receive almost immediate service for them. The works completed were excellent and completed with professionalism. Very kind to my parents and provided contact details in case of any further issues. Very well priced. Thankyou

Had main power board master switch fail on a 38degee day. So no power at all. Chad completed a switch replacement in no time and we were back with power. Happy customer. Found Chad to be pleasant and very helpful despite the heat.
