What an absolute disappointment. I was enamoured by the positive reviews on this company so I decided to make the switch from my previous provider 3 Point Motors under the promise of better Service and lower costs. Well I am sorry to say that I received an Invoice very much in line with the ridiculous dealership pricing and unnecessary up-sells. I have since switched to an Independent specialist and have never looked back. To all those considering I have saved a considerable amount on servicing and repairs by avoiding the dealership network and would urge you to do the same.

Very happy with the service that i received at F.W. Graunke, I had a fault with my SRS system and drivers seatbelt. They fixed the fault straight away, Rolf realy knows what he is doing with Mercedes Benz cars. I would not take any of my mercs anywhere other than F.W Graunke as Rolf's wealth of knowledge will save you time and money by getting things done right the first time.I would also like to mention that the office staff are very friendly, they kindly took the time to double check the Mercedes Benz database for any outstanding recalls on my vehicle as i had some concerns about the unsafe takata airbags, they reassured me that my particular model did not have the faulty takata airbags.

I was referred to FW Graunke by a v close friend of mine, I spoke to Malcolm who was v friendly and honest in giving repair costs and any other car related matters and always tries to give you the best option of reducing the cost to the customer .Rolf the main mechanic there is an excellent guy too who know Mercedes v well and v upright individual too.I had a few things to get it done from an oil leak to some simple fixing of a globe to a steering noise. They managed to fix the problems within a day and the steering noise kept coming back and forth for 4 times and every time they took it without complains and tried to fix it. I really appreciated their customer service.They are professional and i recommend them v highly.

I wish I could do it better but the service they provided was terrible. I was there for the first service for my glb and I wish I booked a rental car for that day. The courtesy car was very old and smelly and they gave it to me in the morning when I was on my way to daycare and work with two babies in the car, very disappointed.And about my car, it was just funny, they just vacuumed front seats. the back seats weren’t clean or like the front, funny to be honest. Absolutely Subaru, Mazda and Nissan doing much better than them.Was a very bad day for me and won’t recommend this centre to anyone.

Great service, good pricing compared to dealerships. They always have my car ready when they say. Pleasant & efficient staff. Rolf is brilliant, both my cars are always in top notch condition. I highly recommend them for servicing of any Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
