Be warned, if you get work done here, ask for your MM warranty card if they don’t provide you with one.I had 4 watch batteries installed ($26.9 incl $19.95 for the battery), bought a watch band, and had the bands for 2 watches fixed for $148. I wasn’t aware of the added policy, so when I was handed my invoice stapled to a MM brochure, I went home and tucked it away for safe keeping. Went in today to get a battery repaired, but they won’t honour the invoice without the card. They maintain they always give them out, but I wasn’t given a card, let alone 6. Of course if you’re not aware of their policy you don’t know to ask.I recommend Absolute Batteries in Clifford St. I went there some time back and they mentioned watch batteries. So I returned there post MM. $4 - for both battery and installation and yes he checked, the battery was dead.

we got our fixed there it fell apart a couple of weeks later and they said we must have unsrewed it right pay $100 dollars to get it fixed then pull it apart and the staff are particularly rude especially the big guy with the beard never go there again cohoes is the place to ring regarding keys i give them one star because there is nothing less MARK Wallis

Clifford Gardens shop is hopeless.Went to get a key cut today and they are closed back at 3:50pm just went there now 4:10pm and still no one in sight all closed up with sign removed.I will just go to Bunnings I think.

Was told 25 minutes to cut 2 keys stood around waiting. Went to counter 30 minutes later and he hadn’t started doing the job. Will not be back. My time may not be as valuable as theirs, but it still was something.

My experience with Mister Minit in Clifford Gardens was a great one. I went there the first time to replace a car key battery and the second time for leather engraving for my anniversary. Both times I had great customer service. The engraving was very customised and impressive.

Watch battery replaced. Toowoomba Plaza Mr Minit could not.

Very excellent service great value for money

Had a great experience here when I took my car key in after the key part had fallen out of the shell. Dean (and I think it was Ben, he had a Flounder tattoo on his neck) were very helpful and helped me extremely quickly and explained what the issue had been!
