Rescued my lovely cat from here, and come to get her checked when necessary. Good prices compared with same items online. Excellent vet service.

I am very disappointed with one of the staff members. We came for a rabbit adoption today and we were ready to take one home. We had done all the preparation for the bunny to come home. The lady who showed us the rabbits were so negative from the start. I wasn't sure why she hated rabbits so much. She discouraged us to adopt a rabbit and said that in her 9 years of service in RSPCA, the most aggressive animal that she had handled was rabbits. Now my husband is not feeling comfortable to adopt a rabbit.We chose RSPCA because to give an animal a loving home since we can. There are pet shops sell bunnies yet we choose RSPCA since they thoroughly check the animals. She just discouraged us to get one and a rabbit lost a home because of her.The only positive thing about our experience today was that she showed us the rabbit enclosure that's is safe and healthy for the animal. Our setup for the rabbit wasn't exactly the same, but we were up to make changes.Overall, disappointed and rude staff.

Staff care for these animals with love. I adopted a beautiful cat with sad start in life. They were wonderful while I was there and since with caring follow-up and support

My elderly rabbit was euthanised a week or so ago and I would just like to take the opportunity to thank you for the compassion and professionalism that was shown by your vet. She took the time to thoroughly examine and discuss all her health issues and options available to help me make the best decision.

I adopted a cat from the RSPCA Burwood this morning and I just had to write a review to express my gratitude to Erin who made the process so smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions, provided valuable advice. Thanks to her and all other staffs' help, we were able to find the perfect furry friend for my family. Our new cat has settled in wonderfully and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend the RSPCA to anyone looking to adopt a pet and I especially want to thank Erin for her exceptional service.

A quick appointment. Our dog was suffering from pain due to cancer and decided to put it down. Staff helped us coped with the bad news. Vet was so helpful and made us feel better. Place is so clean and very organized. Planning to adopt a dog soon when feeling a bit better after losing a beloved Border Collie. They also have a shop where you can buy whatever your pet needs.

I visited today with my 6yo granddaughter but not impressed with the new sterile layout. Was told by staff that cats doors locked because it was school holidays?!?! and don't stay too long in front of dogs in case they upset?!. Was hoping to get my granddaughter involvedwitj animals but she was disappointed

A bit sad about the authenticity of the RSPCA's mission after interacting with Burwood. After answering a long list of questions around my families suitability to adopt, we called back to schedule a pickup appointment, then were discouraged from attending due to the need for the entire family to attend during business hours. I understand the intention to ensure a match" and our confirm our commitment

Absolutely would not recommend fostering animals through RSPCA Burwood. They do not put their animals first and their customer service is absolutely shocking. Mixed messages about treatment for the animals in their care and lack of communication about everything.

I visited the vet at RSPCA to seek treatment for my cat. Nice atmosphere but the Cafe wasn't open. Shop has many things for dog and cat to buy
