Every time I go to Rhodes Bayview shopping centre. I must have a mixed kebab with garlic and chill.

The worst customer service I have ever been in a restaurant, the manager there was extremely rude, making joke of disabilities. Honestly all other store around the rhodes area I have been too was extremely nice, I don't understand whether they are low in acknowledgement or not trained with customer service skills properly, but if there is a negative star the staff there will deserves this rating. People pay for the service and the food and not paying for them to making fun of people who have disabilities or disadvantages. Will definitely never return and definitely the worst of the worst service ever happen in Sydney.

First time eating here and definitely won’t be the last. Been coming to Rhodes for a while and can it believe I’ve not stopped to try this. Had the grilled lamb and chicken plate (gotta get the grilled goodness otherwise what’s the point?!) and the meat nice and tender and you can taste the smoke and char. New go-to!!

When I go for a quick kebab I normally go to a Sahara Grill. This time I had a quick lunch at the Rhodes branch. Most of time Sahara offers a good fresh chicken plate. However today it was not the best I tasted, for the first time, I did not enjoy my Sahara chicken plate. The Chicken was bland, carrot and lettuce all dried. Pretty disappointed! It just didn’t taste the same as I remembered.

The food here was honestly not too bad. About the standard to expect from buying from the food court. However the pricing increases (use my photo in comparison to an old photo) really hurts to see. Almost $20 for what you see and not really worth it. They seem like nice people but communication needs work, found myself and him repeating ourselves multiple times and it wasn’t due to loudness, just inaudible conversation.

I've lived in Rhodes for 12 years and i remember the first owners. Food quality was superb in every way. Now the taste of some salads is compromised not flavoured at all or enough. Diluted dips. And NO MORE Turkish bread with grilled meat! Only Lebanese bread instead. If ingredience costs are going up, i SUGGEST to narrow down on salad selection, for example instead of 5 have only 3 salads in full flavour and maybe slightly less amount on the plate. Hate to buy a dish overflowing with stuff (looks like big portion for the money) but compromised in quality. I rather less amount in great quality. Sell dips additionally but in full flavour. People are happy to pay more for good honest and fully flavoured food!

I am giving this store the lowest possible rating for two reasons:1. The guy who wraps kababs also handles cash/card payments while wearing the same pair of gloves. Poor hygiene practice.2. I ordered a chicken kabab for $14. Got mostly fatty chicken skin and soft bones instead of meat. I had two bites and had to chuck it in the bin.This store is giving kabab a bad name. Avoid.

Took them an hour to prepare a kebab with chips. I know this because I was tracking it through Ubereats, so the driver is not to blame. The kebab was average and chips were bland. Made my first mistake a year ago and thought they have improved by now given all the average reviews.

Located within Rhodes waterside mall. Offers kebab wraps and Gozleme. We tried the chicken Gozleme and it tasted well. Reasonable prices.
