It was not a good experience at all getting my hair cut by Damian here. I’ve never felt so rushed and uncared for as a customer at a barbershop. After what felt like hours of waiting, my haircut was absolutely freestyled by a barber who had no interest in listening to my thoughts and made his mind up for me. When I expressed my concerns and thoughts, I was talked to in a condescending manner. I walked out looking like the last 6 customers before me.

I was looking for a Barber to do my wedding hair cut coming up later this year and I've definitely found where I'll be coming to. The Loft made me realising my standards for haircuts have been so low. My expectations were blown out of the water and I honestly have never been this happy over a cut in my life. 100% returning for future cuts, I love this place. Can't remember the name of my barber but he had long dreads and was super chilled as well as being super delicate and skilled with how he handles his tools and tricks of the trade

Great bunch of guys, cut my son's hair really well. Very friendly. Shop is not in the shopping centre but outside next to Rebel Sport. Overly joyful and happy guys. Will be back.

Was told not to touch the top of my hair and did so anyway. Was disappointing mainly becuase I over heard another barber there saying how he was still learning and his clients hair look amazing. If I was ever to go.there again I would be requesting for the one still in learning as he did a great job and his customer walked out happy
