After getting rear-ended, my insurer booked me into H Harvey Prestige for repairs, and I have to say I absolutely cannot fault the service I received there.Michael looked after me the entire time, and happily guided me through the repairs process. And the two girls from reception were so welcoming and informative and were such a big help every time I called up.As for the repairs themselves, the quality of workmanship on the repairs was absolutely second to none.In the event my vehicle or that of a friend or colleague is in need of repair, H Harvey will certainly be my absolute first and only suggestion. Great job guys.

Very happy with the quality of work that was done, as well as the turnaround time on my Tesla.The only issue I had, was that the driver's side A pillar had a thread tear in the upholstery on return, probably during detailing. However having said that, my car is probably the cleanest it's been in a long time.

Just took back my car on today and check the workshop work to find out a lot of problem as of workshop works done... it is so bad. Make my car even worst as of my car only three months old... I need to reconsider Lexus Insurance coverage is valuable or not.

Harvey has been around for many years and always highly professional. They now have two shops, the Prestige shop more so for the enthusiast or prestige euro cars owner. Had some minor work done and it was perfect as expected. Reasonable prices for first rate work. It's a long time ago since the days at Nerang and it's only got better. The Prestige division is like going to Audi or BMW showroom and the quality of work and service reflects the good name they have. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality of service is second to none. I believe they are the authorised repairer for Mercedes on the Gold Coast

I had my S350 roo hit repaired. A week before I brought it to their shop someone 'hit and run' the rear bumper. Both repairs, the roo hit (insurance) and the bumper (self-funded), were done exceptionally well. The best work I have seen in AU (considering being an ex-German). Colour-match was perfect. I cannot make out the difference between original and respray.Agree with the other positive comments. If you want a proper job done: go there!
