Very, very impressed with the repairs on my car, it looks brand new! Even though it took longer than expected, communication was really good and I knew what was happening along the way! Thank you RMA!!

I found your company to be wonderful as the whole process from having my car assessed to dropping it off, the taxi organised and a lovely driver to be taken to the car rental and being totally looked after there and then returning the rental and being driven by another lovely taxi driver and then taken to collect my car which had been cleaned inside and out and the repairs all done beautifully. A wonderful company and a very streamlined service all round.

Only complaint is that they asked me to confirm when I was coming to pick up my vehicle so I did and when I got there it wasn't ready because the receptionist didn't ask who I was.Repairs satisfactory however took 8 days to do what they said they would do in 4.Edit: found 4 huge bolts in my boot after they'd repaired my car... A bit worrying...

❗️❗️❗️Avoid this place at all cost ❗️❗️❗️The first day I went there I walked in on an argument between staff which should have been a warning to me. This was an insurance job, however I wished I had read the reviews before seeing our vehicle here.The original repair date got pushed back one month due to staffing issues. Once they received our vehicle, the pickup date kept getting pushed back. First day was the excuse of staffing issues, which continued in to the following days excuse also. Next day was the excuse of paint technician issues. Next day was the paint machine blew up. When I finally lost my cool the receptionist was extremely rude, snapped at me saying it’s not their fault and then hung up on me. I phoned back requesting to speak to the manager, he was apparently in a meeting and would call me back, he never did.A very unprofessional work place and giving it 1 star is being generous.

Had a great experience here with Mr Love. Was incredibly understanding of the stress, talked me through the initial assessment and what would be done. Communicated throughout process. Great service of dropping my car off, getting a complimentary taxi to thrifty and a great new car as a hire car. Repairs were done amazingly and had a full walk through of car when done. Went above and beyond. Very professional environment and fixed within the expected time frame. My pride and joy was well looked after. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality repairs done. Thank you to all the staff but especially Mr Michael Love.

Car looks great. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic, everything was considered. I really appreciated the amazing job on the panel work and detailing the entire interior of the car. I will recommend to everyone I can think of. Thanks again team.

Pathetic. Can't leave less than 1 star. Recommended by my Insurer CGU, from the initial assessment with the estimator John, who came across disinterested and unfriendly. Lacking basic customer service skills. The car was required for 7 days for what other repairers said would be 3 to 4 days maximum. Due to proximity to my work location and CGU's recommendation I went with RMA Dandenong. When picking up the car, they told me to arrive at 5pm. I left work early at to accommodate this and ended up sitting there to 6.15pm. The car was returned to me, missing an entire air vent off the driver's door and car had not been vacuumed at all as they claim to do for all customers. The external wash was extremely poor with milky residue all over the windscreen. The receptionist was friendly and apologetic. Would never go there again and would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Service was impeccable.Ashley at admin was fantastic = thank you beautiful.Area of improvement = please correctly estimate days of repair as I received my car 2 days late then advised. This impacted my home n work situation.Thank you.

Make sure you arrive on time. Only allows for 15 mins lead time. Was there 5 mins outside the 15 mins. Told to re-schedule. Was stopping by to make sure i had enough petrol for repairer. Shouldn't been so considerate otherwise would've' been there on time! Explained all that to reception and manager. Nope, they are double booked triple booked! Sure i'm the one to blame for being late. But hey my impression is this place is way too busy, no way to accommodate customer experience. Took me 48 mins to drive there, what a waste on time & effort!
