Steve “White” is one of the most knowledgeable bike mechanics in Australia, and always seems to be able to fix the unfixable. I’ve been bringing bikes to him for 20 years now and am very appreciative of all his work. He’s also well supported in the workshop with fantastic staff.

Great shop, run by great people. I had a wheel laced by them for a custom bike I was building and they did a fantastic job. The guys really know their stuff and give great advice unlike the big chain stores where most of the people behind the counter haven't got a clue. Five start rating isn't enough for this shop.

Horrible place. The service took two days longer than advised at drop off. They charged me $130 for a clean and service and I picked up a still dirty bike. When I advised I wasn’t happy paying $130 to still pick up a dirty bike the guy swiftly took my bike back into the shop and said “It will stay here until you do”. I felt threatened, intimidated and ripped off. Plus discriminated against for their unethical covid practices. Take your good money elsewhere.

I took my bike to White's for a service recently because my usual bike shop was too busy. Best service it's ever had. My bike is maybe 12 years old and it's running like a dream - the smoothest I can remember. I'll definitely be back!

A tremendous amount of wisdom, experience and expertise in a very small place. Steve’s a real veteran of cycling in the inner north and draws on his considerable knowledge to source a considered range. The best part for the job may not always be what you expect. I’m exceptionally happy, I have a 12 year old Scott Metrix that rides like it’s a week old.
