Omega Print

I've had the pleasure of working with Omega Print for the last 8 years. I'm the Office Manager at Coral Horizon Finance and have required a variety of printing and stationary over this time. We couldn't be happier. The quality of work, customer service, communication and Mark's knowledge of the industry has always been of the highest of standards. I've been used Omega for a variety of printing for a couple of years now and they have always been helpful, quick and on point. Their greatest advantage over other printers is Mark;he is helpful, easy to talk to and genuinely cares about the quality of the product they produce. I go to them anytime I need a high quality print and the only time something came out slightly different to what I had expected Mark quickly suggested an alternative then arranged a replacement within the week. I can not recommend them highly enough. If only I could give them more stars, I would. Great job guys!

If you are looking for a company with a lack of attention to detail and one that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes, this is the one for you. Paid $550 for 500 business calendar magnets and have found the dates in the whole of March are incorrect except for one day. Their responses by phone and email only laid the blame with us for not checking the proofs but we were not made aware the calendar section was done by hand and only reviewed the colours and artwork surrounding the calendar. That they enter dates by hand is also a concerning lack of systems and technology for a printing company. Recommend going elsewhere for your printing needs.

We are so impressed with the super-fast printing of our flyers. It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond and provides excellent customer support. Omega Prints prices are excellent and as usual Mark is always so helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend..!!
