Fantastic service..... Thank you so much Chemist Warehouse Rocklea- I was there this morning - 03/03/23, and was serviced by a nice pharmacist - she explained everything really well and the man at the counter was also very helpful- thank you so much team for your excellent service.

A great CW. Good accessibility with wide aisles and reserved parking straight outside.These shops were all effected by the floods so it's great to see CW operational and meeting the needs of the community.The pharmacy section is spacious and the makeup displays vast and visable.Very courteous friendly service.

When the products are unavailable in other stores for click and collect, Rocklea store often have what I wanted/needed. I find the store are often not too busy so is easy to shop in it.

Literally the most organised, most amazing, and most dedicated staff at Rocklea Chemist Warehouse. They go above and beyond for everything and I refuse to go to any other chemist. They genuinely care about you and are the epitome of hard working staff getting their job done, the right way. They always will ask you if you need help, they go the next step in researching and finding the best solutions and products for you, customised just for you. You genuinely feel like family there when your a regular, and having staff that genuinely know you makes the experience 10 times better. I’ve seen them do things that I’m pretty sure they aren’t paid enough to do, and yet they do it anyway. Let’s go Rockleaaaaaaaaaaa !!

This chemist warehouse is packed with one of the largest perfume collection from high end like Tiffany, Dolce, Versace, Gucci, Chloe, Burberry and many more. I’m sure they have what you are looking for and the prices are competitive. Good selection of supplements, vitamins and other healthy options for body as well as known make up brands Revlon, Maybeline, L’Oréal. The cashier is helpful and very friendly to customers despite of the store busy, she managed to say hello and asked if I need help. Parking is easy

All the staff are really helpful and have great customer service. Store always clean and tidy and well stocked. Staff go above and beyond to please their customers.

The rot in a business and customer service usually starts from the top down...the staff are young, indifferent, crabby and the pharmacists young, arrogant, crabby....probably the worst CW anywhere....I remember a couple of years ago the pharmacist (young Asian) arguing with me over a returned product..its as if he couldn't accept that he recommended the wrong product....as if he couldn't be possibly have got it wrong...100% obnoxious and lacking self awareness....seriously, go here with zero expectations.

There are two pharmacists here that are dismissive and hostile if you request a specific medication brand or question them on something. They’ve made multiple mistakes with dispensing medications and in one instance even gave me a box of 50 S4 meds when the prescription was for 10 tablets only. Not to mention I have witnessed on occasion one pharmacist yelling at someone on the phone in front of in store customers. Recently visited post reopening from the floods and a lot of the stock on shelves was muddy and packages visibly damaged which makes me question if some of the stock was actually in the floods and not discarded.

I'm sick of the sad faces and crabby attitudes from the staff at Rocklea CW. Been going there for years and its lucky dip if you get a great helpful person. Today I asked a young woman if she worked there and I said could you please help me. I was after some cheap aftershave spray stuff, locked away, she told me straight out to just wait and so I did, after 4 minutes it was clear from look on her face that she didn't want to help me and wished i would leave her alone, and so that's what I did. She was an attractive young woman but obviously from the over entitled generation. Good luck CW Rocklea. I'm done.

Stay away from this store. Bad management . Be careful when you're buying since they're not refunding. Their policy is non refundable for any consumable products which makes you wondering which item in their store is eligible for refund. Talked to all three available managers. Showed no sympathy at all since they charged dearer price for smaller package. What a rip off. The indian manager Pranay is the worst.Again, stay away from this store.
