The ladies and gentlemen down at Day and Night Chemist are the best around. I seriously don't know what I would do with out them. They are very patient, helpful, and accurate with all my prescription needs. Thank you so much , To all of you . Also, Happy early Holidays and New Year to you all.

This pharmacy has great opening hours!! Location is fantastic too, with parking out the front, side or back. Very helpful staff. I was served by Kealy who was very lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good for around the area too.

Great Customer Service and Very Friendly and Helpful staff. Needed to get a moon boot for my 3.5yr old and they were great with her and amazing taking the their time while helping fit it, to ensure we got the correct size. Really appreciate how helpful and genuine the 2 ladies were. She was hesitate at first but after a few hours now has some of her independence back, being able to walk around the house instead of bum shuffling everywhere. She is one happy girl. Highly recommend Ipswich Day and Night Chemist.

I called into this chemist this evening and asked for some Codral Cold and Flu Original medication due to having a cold . I only use this particular one when i am sick as it is the only one that actually works , However , I felt as though i was being interrogated by the FBI because i was relentlessly asked all sorts of questions giving me the impression they thought i was a drug dealer and when i stood up for myself and stated that i did not appreciate all the questions and being made to feel guilty for buying this medication they told me to calm down and pay for my things so they could all go home.Very unprofessional , Zero customer service , I will not be giving my business to this unwelcoming rude place again.I can now add that again , i was treated poorly today when i attended and asked for an emergency dose of my diabetes medication as my usual chemist was shut . They said no , even though i have been a customer at this chemist for years , they said because i had not used them to get the regular medicine through them for 3 months , additionally , they treated me like i was i wanted the medication but did not have diabetes , i showed them my empty box of medication but still no. Avoid this chemist people , customers are not their priority , i get the impression that profit is . Whoever trains these people i really think they forgot the customer service section .
