I paid for my brother to go sky diving and after them cancelling on us twice they said that our time limit for the session had expired so they just took my money and didn’t get a refund or a dive.

I just did my first tandem jump today and omg the team was so great , relaxed and had fun.There was absolutely nothing to be worried about cause they tslk you through it.Best time ever. So good I want to go again real soon. Thank you Stewart and the rest of the team.

Got a cancellation from them just before Covid. No one wants to answer their phones. So it looks like l have lost just over $400. Not happy.

Had booked a tandem skydive for 2 with a video included (all up $760), due to covid restrictions we were unable to go on the booked date. I was issued a gift card for the full amount (which took some months of chasing to obtain). I go to re-book today and find all numbers disconnected and the website deleted.Much like the last reviewer, money down the drain. An email at least explaining the sudden closure would have been better than nothing, not issuing an immediate refund. Very disappointed.

Bought a gift voucher for my wife. When tried to redeem, it turned out the phone is not answering and no one replys on email.Looks like I lost my 360$
