Blake and his team are wonderful! I started out with just having my rear yard down however given the quality of their work I asked them to also include the side and front of the house! All done to a high quality and at a reasonable cost. Blake and his team take pride in the work they do and present solutions. My outdoor space now looks amazing and look forward to enjoying it!

Unfortunately my interaction with Blake has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. He has been unresponsive, showing a lack of common courtesy and wasted my time.I called to arrange a quote for reticulation, no answer so left a voicemail . No response so texted a couple of times, again with no response. After a week or so I managed to get hold of him, and we arranged a time for the quote.Fast forward to the day of the quote...he didn't turn up. After 20 mins I called..you guessed it, no answer... and then messaged to politely ask if he was still coming and if he could let me know if he couldn't make it. No reply, no apology or explanation.Rude, unreliable and zero care factor. I know it's a busy time but how hard is it to reply to an enquiry, turn up when for a quote, message to say you can't make it or apologise for not coming?!Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

4-month update:I had an issue with the pressure which caused my reticulation to stop working. I contacted Blake who within the week organised to have himself and the team come out to inspect.Blake and the team are committed to supplying a quality product and offer prompt analysis and fixes. My system is now back running in time for the hot summer.*******************************************************************I had recently built a house and was left with a sandy front and back yard, overgrown with weeds and littered with leftover rubbish from the builders.I approached Blake from SereniTree after having him recommended to me. SereniTree is a relatively new landscaping company with decades of experience, and it shows. The team are responsive, passionate about what they do, provides cost-effective solutions and responds quickly to all questions but most importantly pride themselves on a high-quality polished finish.Blake and the team worked hard to turn a sand pit into a beautiful lawn space with a garden bed and shed base, just in time for my second child. The team installed a reticulation system that would work with our limitations around no direct mains water supply.Blake also provides excellent post-completion support. After attempting to program the reticulation myself and messing it up, Blake offered to come around and fix it up for me. Whilst doing so, he also rechecked the sprinklers to ensure everything was still working as intended.If you're looking for high-quality and budget-friendly landscaping, I recommend reaching out to the SereniTree landscaping team.
