It took a lot of worry and effort to get my blinds finished and installed, in particular to get the manager to answer and return calls, and to let me know what was going on. However the workmanship was excellent and I am very happy with the blinds and the price.

Really wanted to support a local business! My husband and I visited on Saturday and explained what we needed. Details were taken by the staff member and we were told someone would call on Monday to arrange an appointment. It’s now Friday night, very disappointed, we have not heard from anyone.

Appallingly incompetent.After hearing nothing from them for 10 days (see Ros post above) I visited the showroom. The woman didn’t apologise for losing our contact details but nevertheless I arranged for her to come to our house to measure up blinds. She came and said she would write up a quote and send it the next day, That was 15 days ago - and we’ve heard NOTHING! (Meanwhile we contacted another place. They came the next day and quoted there and then - which we accepted.)
