They are scammers. They don't own no transport company but use other people. They don't provide you with any invoice. We yet to receive the invoice after 4 days of paying it. They provide you cheaper quote but expect you to unload 1.2 ton pallets yourself or come up with extra charges at last moment. They claim on their website that they are upfront with the charges but blackmail you to pay $500 on top of the high prices just to unload few pallets or they take it back. They got excuses in the world.They mislead the company they hire for freight too. They ring from private number. They block you and don't answer your phone and call themselves professionals. They don't have no physical addresses . Beware of them.
