Not open for people who actually work normal working hours. And when you go there at the weekend they are closed for a stocktake. Zero care for customers. Why cant Coles or Woolies not just take over the post office move it in-store and it be open 14 hours a day and actually provide a service to working people

So unhelpful!! Went to collect a small parcel (not registered or anything like that) for our business and was refused even though I gave my licence and am an owner of the business and the property at the address. When I asked if they could call the address/business to verify they said they couldn’t. Really the worst customer service I’ve experienced from an LPO. I also don’t understand why the parcel wasn’t delivered when reception has been there all day instead a collection card in the post box?? Why?

Wouldn't help with refund even though head office said they are supposed to process it at the store. Said I need to call customer service and didn't bother to call the help centre. Bad, lazy people.

The Bulleen Plaza Post 0ffice was the best and most well organised in the State when run by Stanley and Joanne who were retired school teachers from Hong Kong. The service as deteriorated significantly in the short period it has been taken over by others - messed up banking facilities, mis- wronly weighed parcels, messed up bank transactions, rude, arrogant inexperienced others and is as bad as any ither mergency do not intend to go there ag

In all my years of dealing with this Post Office I have found the staff to be helpful, friendly and polite. It's always a pleasure to do business with them. As well as being my local post office, it is my preferred one.

Excellent service by Clement this morning who was incredibly kind to us and took his time to ensure we had the correct documents for our property application.
