Worker is creepy and extremely rude. Has harrased my mother, for driving in the wrong way. Which yes it was a mistake but my mum realised. But when she walked in to pay for petrol he swore at her and called her numerous things. I went this time to buy some goods and the man was VERY scary. He kept on looking at the petrol area and wasn’t concentrating on scanning my items. I also had my money out to give to him but he was too busy doing something other than serving a customer. When i tried asking him to get my money he glared at me and his head starting shaking. He swore underneath his breath. Who ever owns the coles express brand please do a deeper investigation into this store..

Anne (the pregnant indian lady) is absolutely racist. This has been my local servo for the last 20 years, never have I ever had anyone turn a pump off on me while refueling my car. Especially since I'm a known regular. But having this kind of rasicm WHEN I'M BORN IN THIS COUNTRY is absolutely unacceptable. Like I said to you in store, I'll say it again here... I pray to God the prejudice you showed me no one shows your child, seeing someone with tanned skin DOES NOT MAKE THEM A SUSPECT FOR A CRIME NOT YET COMMITTED.. Feedback has been submitted to Shell, I hope some basic retraining in customer service is actioned for this staff member. NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS STORE GET MY SERVICE.

Came here 7 minutes before close for something I really needed and the man refused to open the shop and insisted on closing early.

Several times here I wasn't given the 4c/Litre discount. The person at the checkout didn't explain or assist as to why the discount wasn't given despite it clearly visible in my account.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My partner and I had the worst customer experience at a Coles express so much so that we would never return to this station or any other Coles station for that matter. The clerk was disappointingly unfriendly and had visibly chastised my partner from behind the counter to another customer. When my partner had gone to pay for said petrol the clerk further questioned my partner's ability to pour petrol which we thought was beyond appropriate and nonsensical. I've never experienced so juvenile during a very ordinarily transactional exchange.

This is one of the regular stations I visit for years. Today after paying for the fuel the gentleman which has been there for yonks as well stops me, pulls out two receipts with my number plate written on them and he claims I haven't paid one of them which is $81 from almost 3 months ago and another receipt of $13 which I have apparently paid on the same day.This is all according to his colleague not him. First of all the receipt for $13 was for energy drinks etc. which I knew straight away was not me! So I go back and check online on the date of the $81 from 3 months ago and I have actually purchased fuel for $17 on that day. So obviously his colleague has accidentally noted down my plates instead of the actual vehicle which has filled up the $81.I showed the gentleman today my transactions on the day and asked him to take photos, he kept saying don't worry about it and that he knows me that's why they didn't report it to the police. I get fuel from this place every other week and I don't appreciate being accused for not paying. Who ever was working on the day go back and check CCTV properly for your own sake since you have paid that $81 from your own pocket for that shift and get your facts right.I tried to clarify with the gentleman today but he kept saying don't worry about it.

Went in to purchase some drinks, the attendant just before he scanned my.drinks put his finger into his nostril & picked his nose, then proceeded to scan my drinks & place into a bag, I can not bring myself to drink the items purchased.
