I have experienced Jennifer's Kinesiology and healing hands a few times now, along with many family members we've had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of Jen's healing work.Jennifer is knowledgeable, empathetic and a natural Master in the Kinesiology field. Jen has helped me specifically with trauma stored in my body through grief. Amazing massage! My shoulder had been frozen for about 4 years and I couldn't lift my right arm above my shoulder, but had learnt to live with it. When I went to Jennifer I forgot to tell her that I had a problem with my shoulder because it was just a part of my life and I had adjusted to the restriction.When she massaged my shoulder she could feel that it had restricted movement and asked me about it. She then worked on some trigger points and unlocked the shoulder and now I have full range of movement again! Amazing! I can now do all the yoga postures!! Highly recommend her.

Jennifer is INCREDIBLE in both modalities of Kinesiology and Lomi Lomi massage. I recently had a 2 hour Lomi Lomi massage and it was LIFE CHANGING! So AMAZING!! Cannot recommend Jennifer enough ❤️❤️❤️
