Worst pharmacy in area. Choose another pharmacy for your business.This pharmacy will not return or exchange items. They have no signage stating this. I bought a back support brace, which did not fit (tried over clothing for less than 10 seconds). Attempted to return/exchange item but there were no alternative sizes in store. The eftpos machine would not process a refund. Returned the next day to speak with the owner and he used COVID as an excuse for why the item couldn't be returned. The fact that eftpos would not process the return the previous day suggests this was a lie. Poor customer service by the owner. Store assistant was pleasant, but clearly afraid of her boss.

The service is great and the pharmacist even sent an employee to fetch our prescription from another local pharmacy when he had run out. Their prices are not the lowest in the market though despite their name.

On 24th Dec,2021, I called this pharmacy and booked covid vaccine for my two children(5-11y)scheduled at 10am on 10th Jan. I received the confirmation messages the same day, and a remind message on 9th Jan to ask us arrive earlier. I double confirmed the appointment on 9th Jan through the phone and canceled my 5y old son’s appointment. Then I arrived the pharmacy earlier of my appointment today and had been told they haven’t got any 5-11y vaccine stock, they even haven’t made any appointment for this age group. I totally understand all the health workers’ difficulties during this challenge time, fully respect and appreciate all of your work, but can you also be professional be considerate to us? Now I can’t be able to get any appointment for my children as everywhere is almost fully booked out! The lady I was talking with this morning was patient, friendly, the two stars is only for her.
