The site is very good for parts availability. The staff may be professional at what they know, but my experience was not customer friendly.Let's see if it's better next time I am there.

The best place to get caterpillar parts bar none

It would be great if they actually responded to emails at some point. Extremely poor customer service. If you appreciate a supplier who cares don't go to Tillys

It's rare for me to be able to finish coffees I get. It's either too burned or just vile swill. My coffee at Tilly's was so good I almost grabbed another. As a gourmet chef I know good food. That's exactly what I got from Tilly's.

Rubbish service when it comes to second hand parts. Made a website inquiry, missed a call but no message left. Rang back and couldn't get through. Called up passed to spare parts who said they wouldn't have the part second hand then I said what about all the bulldozers being wrecked"then goes we been wrecking for 20 years part might not be there but we can look. Then hung up. What an absolute toss. This is a business for the back slapping boys"

Great service, very friendly and polite staff, great prices, and very quick on getting ordered parts

We recently dealt with Ken, terrific experience. Had all of the parts on the shelf and even some unique parts, which we did not expect. He was extremely knowledgeable and simply couldn't do enough to help us get going again. He called us back when he said he would, he was happy for us to amend the initial list of items required and we found the parts (which arrived overnight) were very well priced. We would give 10 stars if we could. Thanks again Ken and Tillys team.

We drove from Hervey Bay to this place to buy machinery, massive place, great staffHighly recommended

No Accountability,We found a 20tn loader listed on the Tilly's web page, contacted the parts team who then sent a Quote & confirmation they have the machine.A 24 hour hold was then placed on the machine while we arranged x2 purchase orders from our customer,x1 to travel to Toowoomba to Inspectx1 to purchase the machineThe Tilly's team were then contacted & started the drive to Toowoomba, 250km's into the trip I was contacted to say the Loader had been stripped!!After multiple confirmations via Email & phone the loader was ready for inspection & purchase, someone must have got out of there chair & checked...Now as a middle man in this deal I am 250km's (one way) into the inspection, a purchase order from my customer that has no grounds to send a invoice to & a Tom @ Tilly's who blames his Computer for the error.This transaction with Tilly's has impacted me with job schedules, Lost sales, unpaid travel & Labour.Lets hope this Google review holds them somewhat accountable with how there future customers read how they operate.

I have been working with Kevin Fitzgibbon from Tilly's for the past 12 months and I have been very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Tilly's to anyone. They are the best in the business!
