Hi Noel,We have had a recent discussion over the phone which I found to be very professional and your customer service has been second to none.However I feel some staff you employ do not share the same vision. I was treated quite badly when I questioned the price on 2 particular products and on 2 occasions.I do hope to see the toy work shop move more to the online space. Ie; Instagram, collaborations with popular influencers. “How to use” tutorials. Birthday gift ideas ect.If you would like I can can provide fresh young eyes on ways to engage your broader audience and what type of content to create to generate sales and or serious leads.I keep my reviews open and honest, I called you before hand to explain my reasoning and why.I gave 4 stars because the variety of products you stock. Your customer service and easy parking/ access to the store.I wish you the very best.

Love this place. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a fabulous range of high quality toys at great prices. Love shopping there for my grandchildren.

Great place. Lots of good toys. Not full of TV advertised junk. Lots to inspire the minds of young children. Not cheap but worth it

I stumbled across this toy shop, during a leisurely stroll down the main street of Berwick one Friday afternoon. What a pleasant surprise! The toy shop took me back to my childhood ... so many fond memories came bubbling up ... the shelves were well stocked with an amazing array of toys from magic light up unicorns to trybikes. Something for everyone, both young and old. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Well done The Toy Workshop, Berwick. Keep up the excellent work. I will be back.

Such a great array of toys for all ages. The gentleman who owns the shop is always so kind and helpful with advice. Pricing very fair. We shop only here for my sons toys.

Fabulous toy shop with a huge selection. Great to see traditional and educational toys. Staff are great & very helpful. My new favourite toy shop.
