I had to do a PayPal claim to get my money returned. Never received the protein powder I ordered, no communication. The owner is Anthony Diab. An absolute waste of oxygen.

My personal trainer suggested me to contact them for a particular supplement that I was looking for....Left a written message on their web site...No one actually get back to me ,tried to call them and find out that no one actually pick up the phone .....Very poor customer support,will definitely not deal with these people in the future....Vincent from Darlinghurst Sydney

DONT BUY ANYTHING!!!!! DAF!!! - Dodgy as F$$$. This guy didn't send me my protein, seems like he just take money and gives no goods.. Like a dirty hooker in Thailand with a big schlong, he made me feel demasculated when he didn't send my protein. How else am I meant to become big and strong in this world of steroid munchers. Best store in Sydney!!! Have been everywhere and nobody can compare to the great service Supplement Empire provides. Anthony is a top bloke who is always honest and won't try to sell you products you don't need like other supplement stores do. Prices are good too. Will continue to keep going back.

Don't bother with this place. I needed stuff quick so I ordered from an Australian company thinking I would get it faster (since they're 50 minutes away) than from the store in Florida I normally order from (direct from manufacturer). I ordered on the 19th of March. Payment was processed on the 21st. After a week I sent an enquiry email with no response. I sent another. I then rang and spoke to I believe 2 different ladies on separate occasions, leaving my details to be called back with an update. Nothing. I just rang Anthony direct after speaking to the same lady again - today is the 1st of April and my order still hasn't even been SHIPPED... What a waste of time and effort, I would have been better just ordering from America like normal as PES have amazing customer service and fast international delivery. Never again, this whole process was total BS and now I'm going into my 3rd week without my favourite protein thanks to this hopeless place.
