I had the brakes on my box trailer checked and overhauled.Neil is experienced, knowledgeable and honest giving customers the confidence to know the job will be done well without a concern. I can't recommend him and his team more highly.

Highly recommended!I've been recommended this place after my long term trusted mechanic retired and I couldn't be happier with them!Neil and the team have been incredibly honest, they explained my options, and they managed to fix my little 1999 (literally) smoking car when I thought there was nothing left to do to save it.Neil also clearly explained what they did and the issues that may need fixing later.I will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon!)! Amazing service and price. Got rear disks and pads replaced on my VW, dropped it off at lunchtime and was ready to pick up couple of hours later. Very highly recommend these guys!

After hearing so many good things about this place, I finally had my car serviced here. I booked it in, and Neil and his team helped me. Rather than take the car to Porsche I thought I would support local business. They did an exceptional job, and the pricing was honest, and they clearly explained what they did and issues that may need fixing later. I needed 3 brake hoses for my 1959 Daimler. Neil knew and had exactly what was required to make new hoses. I had a small window of time so he did it while I waited. Fantastic service and a great bloke. I would highly recommend getting work done there. I'll definitely be back .

These guys had the best price and earliest book in date that I could find, the team was also super helpful and friendly. When I was looking for a mechanic to fix my car, I asked my regular guy and friends who know their cars and both of them coincidentally recommended me to these guys. I was stupid enough to drive the car till the clutch was non-existent and ended up having to tow it to them a week early. Despite having very little space, they agreed to take care of my problem for me and make sure it was safe until I needed to be worked on. Saving me probably half a grand in towing.A++ service, will definitely be back if need be and will be quick to recommend them to friends as well.

Everyone at Northern is really lovely, super friendly team! However the last time I took my car in for a burnt out headlight they ended up doing a full service that I hadn’t asked for. I hadn’t been expecting to pay almost $300! Unfortunately I won’t be returning. The customer service I’ve received and work I’ve had done have been great, but every time I come here I seem to leave with more problems than when I arrived.

100% would recommend these guys. Managed to get my Subaru Forester booked in two days after initial phone call early in the morning for a mechanics check for a general overview on how the vehicle was doing. The team were super accommodating, very informative and helpful.I knew my brakes were getting toward the end of their life and so I had them replaced then and there. I liked that Neil showed me the condition of the old pads so that I could see how badly they were.The price for the check and for new brake pads front and back was excellent. I had been quoted a much higher price from a week known mechanics brand and so was super pleased when the cost was way less.Neil was super helpful, will be using these guys from now on
