Im new to tea and Monique from the fountain gate shop got me up to speed quick smart. She was happy to answer all my questions with a huge happy smile. She even set up my purchase so I could see how it worked. I can't thank you enough Monique for truly wonderful shopping experience. We also had issues with a visa gift card and she sorted it out quickly. 5 stars for products and 6 stars for customer satisfaction.

The staff are lovely, and they don't hassle you while you're browsing. Only tiny thing is have to say it's that they don't ask if you're a member and I keep forgetting to tell them I am.

I have had some fabulous T2 products over the years. My favourite is the tea mugs with strainer. Sadly after many many uses the strainer broke. Today we went to buy a replacement and the amazing staff member went out of her way to help. Exceptional customer service and very happy with my help to make my favourite mug functional again. T2 never lets us down!

Just went in and asked for help. Janine could sense I was in a rush as I had my 2 young kids with me and she gave me a few options for the description I provided. She knew everything I needed to know and was prompt and helpful. So impressed I wanted to give her a good review so I asked her name. ☺️ Great experience. Thanks

Almost closing and still the sales staff let us in. Very nice of her. Good selection of teas, nice environment and friendly staff. I would recommend visiting here to buy your teas.
