Went here for the first time yesterday and was really happy. I have tried a few other places around Ellenbrook and they were all terrible so I have been driving really far away to go to my old salon in Madeley which is very annoying. I decided to save myself the drive and give this place a go yesterday and my nails are great. The salon was nice and clean, they had a huge selection of colours and designs, the staff were lovely and I really like that they have an electronic system for keeping track of points as I always lose the stamp cards given at other places. So happy to have found somewhere good in the area, will definitely be coming back.

I won’t be back.I was so excited to get my nails done, as it’s a treat for me, but I had the worst experience here.I came here with my best friend thinking it’s highly rated it would be good.They first removed my normal polish I had on and started to use the drill bit to remove my cuticles and rough up the nails. Prep for acrylics.Then to cut my nails back with clippers. We get to the last nail and I feel a sharp pinch, to my shock the technician had clipped a bit off the end of my pinky, were I had a freckle. Ouch! Way, way too close to my skin and nail bed!I mean how do you not notice your clipping a bit of skin?It started bleeding immediately, the technician held a cotton ball on it but I drew my hand away wanting to hold it myself as it was painful.After the technicians spoke amongst themselves they come back with a liquid to help stop bleeding. I dabbed it as it stung and held the cotton ball again to compress.I sat there and shock by what happened as I’ve never had it happen before, only heard stories and being a beauty therapist for 8 years myself, it’s a bit shocking.They did apologise.But at this point my natural nails were ruined and prepped for work.I asked them what can they do?What could be done?No one could guide me or help me. Reassure.Or give me an answer. Anything? I asked for a band aid and another technician came and tried to put it on but again pressed on the clipped area and the pain made me withdraw my hand instantly. I said I would do it myself as it’s too sore.So again sitting there upset and unsure on what to do, I decided maybe I should go ahead and finish what was started as my nails now looked terrible, were weak and damaged. A different nail technician came to do the job.We of course didn’t do my pinky.My partner had came in to make sure I was okay.They insisted i come back in a few days and finish the job as in couple of days it will heal. Which I won’t be doing at all. Why would I trust this place to care for my nails again?Over all the job was average, and they only took 10$ off the og price.Which is also disappointing.I’m left with a small chunk out of my pinky and an incomplete set.My pinky is still sore and throbs, so I’m watching it carefully.I left with one of the technicians standing by the door to see my nails. I didn’t say much.She asked if I drove here?I said yes and left.My best friend drove us home after that.Overall I’m here to warn people, but I feel like the lack of care and consideration, tops it more. For such a highly rated place I expected better. Better organisation and treatment towards their clients especially when they have hurt them.

Lovely staff. Quick and efficient service for a Saturday morning. Nails came out exactly how I imagined and for a good price. Thank you!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. Was seeking a new nail tech as I’ve moved to the area from up north. I was seeking a particular product that’s durable. I messaged the page with the product my previous lady used and was told they DO use it and would be able to do the service. They had to call someone else in to the salon (assuming the owner) to do the service as the girls had no clue what I was asking for but neither did the lady who was called in. I ended up with the most disgusting, thick nails & every nail was a different shape. (I was charged full price for this service even though they didn’t know how to use the product)I messaged and let them know the issues - with photos, I was told to go back for a fix up but for obvious reasons to didnt want to go back there. After going elsewhere to have them removed (I didn’t trust going back there, if they can’t apply it, how can they remove it?!) the lovely ladies at another salon told me my nails were so damaged I wouldn’t be able to have anything done to them until the damaged parts have completely grown out. 2 months later, my nails are still weak and bruised.Unfortunately it will not allow me to post photosSave your money and go somewhere.

Some staff are nice some arent so nice , they are really good with nails and give good advice can be a bit rough with your nails

My manicure was horrible and I was under the impression it was $15 but ended up being charged $25 .. 3 days later my hands look horrendous and I haven't even done anything .. owner was so nice over chat but then so rude on the phone. Was advised not to go here but just gave them a chance. Do not recommend

*SEE PHOTOS WITH KIA CAR WHEEL IN BACKGROUND*Dirty salon, horrible service, horrible nail work. I showed the photo of the recent coloured tips on their page which is actually what they advertise as their own work and it turned out so horrific. Pregnant lady who did my nails was extremely rude, constantly flicking my hand away and only after I asked her to fix a crooked nail. I’ve never been to a salon where it takes only 20 minutes to acrylics - which clearly shows how rushed it was. Attempted to do coloured tips after saying it was going to cost an extra $20, and realised that I was going to take them off as soon as I went home so I told her to not worry about it. Will never ever go back here and I wish I asked for a refund.

The attention to detail by the lovely staff members was so nice. I am extremely happy with my refills today!

Absolutely the best nail place I’ve ever been to. The staff are so lovely and welcoming.The lady that did my acrylic nails communicated to me what she was doing, while filling my nails she kept making sure she wasn’t hurting me. She put so much effort and care into doing my nails by constantly checking each one was done to a high standard. She gave me advice to keep my nails and cuticles healthy.So happy with this service and quality!
