Best ice cream store in parramatta, clean and good decoration. Reasonable price with incredible flavour, good quality and friendly staff. They can do take away by box also, definitely worth visit there again!

Best ice cream parlour for family. Staff are very friendly and let you try all the flavours before you decide. My son loves this shop. They do parties too and make cakes and cookies on-site. Beautiful ice cream and great selection. We’ll be back for sure.

Ben & Jerry’s is the best place to get halal ice cream cakes!Loved their process we could chose and order any cake online and it’s ready for pick up at our required time which surprisingly I had a hard time finding in other ice cream stores of sydney since we’re far away and wish to send treats to our loved ones.Thanks to this lovely team they made it possible, we tried the cone sweet cone ice cream cake with strawberry cheesecake flavor and brownie filling, everyone loved it!The staff is soo helpful and considerate about our order specifics, special thanks to Rui for helping out ⭐️Definitely worth ordering from them again ❤️

The ice cream is soooo yummmmyyyyy！！and they can also custom made birthday cake！the first ice cream cake i have ever try,the appearance and taste are excellent, and the cost is not high!❤️❤️❤️

ben and jerry’s parramatta has the best ice cream i have ever had. there is so many unique flavours and delicious dipped cone options. reasonable prices for incredible flavours and also some delicious baked goods such as cookies, brownies and waffles all at an affordable price. there is a huge variety of merchandise like lip balms, candles, scrunchies, pens, socks, cups, key rings and so much more. i highly recommend coming and checking out the shop!!

$8.80 for a regular size of triple caramel chunk. Extra $2 with sprinkle cone. The total is $10.80. I personally think the sprinkle cone + ice cream was worth it for the experience, the cone. It was incredibly tasty.Pints are usually $14 in grocery stores, and can often be found for $9-10 on special. So for the cost of 1 ice cream you could get an entire pint's worth. It's up to you to decide whether that's worth it.
