David was awesome helping me set up my new phone. His customer service was exemplary and I returned the following day for protective screen & case. Replaced battery in my phone and broke back glass. No apology given just an offer to replace glass for $60. Would NOT recommend.

BEWARE this shop will rip you off and go through your phone photos and private messages and apps! My partner went to get a screen protector and new case Wednesday 13th of July 2022. My partner was charged $94.98 for a screen protector and phone case and the screen protector is already lifting in the corner. He said the phone needed to be unlocked to put the screen on the phone also took the old case we had on the phone without asking and put it in his display cabinet. Usually we pay only $20 for our screen protector so did we pay $74.98 for a case worth $30? Do not ask me to contact your support team I will be following this up as it is a legal matter. You can expect to see me in your shop tomorrow!

I went to this store a couple weeks ago to replace the screen of my Samsung Galaxy a22 5g. Had cheaper prices than shops at grand central. The person who fixed it was absolutely amazing, it was completely smashed but it has been working like brand new. It took a little bit of half hour for him to fix it on the spot. Thank you! I absolutely recommend going here :)
